    The California Teachers Association Economic Benefits Trust (“CTA EBT”) and CTA value the trust and privacy of its participants and other users of this website. This Privacy Policy sets forth CTA and CTA EBT’s practices on this website regarding what, if any, personal information we may collect about you online and also provides some additional information for users of the CTA EBT website.


    As used in this Privacy Policy, the following terms have the meanings indicated below:

    2. The term "you" means a participant in CTA or CTA EBT or another person who uses this website.

    4. The term "CTA EBT’s website" means this website.

CTA EBT will honor such a request coming from any person who has provided personal information to us in connection with obtaining a product or service.     This Privacy Policy applies only to the CTA EBT website.  It does not cover any websites that are linked to or from the CTA EBT website for which CTA EBT is not responsible ("linked-sites").  The CTA website is such a linked-site for which CTA EBT is not responsible.  These linked sites will have their own policies and practices that may be different from CTA EBT’s.  We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the policies and practices of the linked sites especially if you provide personal information to them.

    For example, please be aware that if you link to the CTA website and sign up for the email newsletter issued by the CTA EBT Investment Program, CTA will receive your email address.  CTA may share that information with the vendor, who assists in operating the Investment Program, and/or use the information for other purposes.
